Background

The purpose of these corporate name changes is to further strengthen the alignment between Hirose SER and the corporate culture and values that the Company has developed globally, while demonstrating our clear commitment to enhancing collaboration within the Group’s semiconductor-related business. Against the backdrop of expanding demand for AI and data center applications, Hirose SER’s former office had reached its capacity in accommodating the growing number of personnel and equipment required for business expansion. To address these constraints and support future growth, we decided to relocate the company to the Gotanda Office, one of the Company’s principal Group facilities. Morioka Hirose SER is also expecting continued expansion of its business activities within the Morioka region. The relocation of its head office reflects an initiative aimed at reinforcing the company’s operational foundation and positioning it for long-term growth.

Future Initiatives

Hirose SER plans to strengthen its recruitment of engineering and sales professionals in order to support the continued expansion of semiconductor-related businesses both in Japan and overseas. Morioka Hirose SER also intends to actively hire skilled technicians capable of operating machinery such as lathes, with the aim of further enhancing its manufacturing capabilities and reinforcing its role as a key industrial presence in the Morioka region.
