Hirose expands into Europe and targets the French market at Enova

The Enova exhibition in Paris is a focal platform for technology applicable to electronics, measurement, vision and optics. The key focus was on aero military, automobile, medical and agricultural markets.

The exhibition has been running for over 20 years in France and is recognized as a strong exhibition brand. HIROSE was pleased to participate for the first time at the Enova exhibition for 3 days on 19^th September – 21^st September 2017. The company is expanding its business in Europe and France is a key target market. The opportunity was taken to maximize the organizations brand awareness, increase new customers and promote the new ix Industrial™ connector series. In addition, HIROSE commemorated its 80^th birthday anniversary this year and celebrated its long history and promoted its brand heritage. The company will continue to offer high quality, innovative products for the years to come.

Enova focused on the IoT industry and connected objects and HIROSE showcased the new ix Industrial™ connector for high-speed Ethernet connection. The size is 75% smaller than a RJ45 modular connector. Although it is smaller in size, it is very robust and 5000 mating cycles can be achieved. The connector is standardized and complies with IEC/PAS 61076-3-124.
