Engineer – Japanese Speaker	Job Description: To schedule and perform both preventive maintenance and maintenance work on all equipment used in production and to minimize downtime. To provide technical support to other staff on the day-to-day production operation. To work independently on shift should the superior not available. To analyse and report to superior on any fault found in production equipment which may directly or indirectly cause defect to quality and delivery. To propose new ideas of facilities and process design in order to improve production yield and productivity Involved in drafting of functional specifications and detailed design specifications To mainly involve in the development of production process control and design for new product Decide on corrective action as needed e.g. to solve technical, safety or quality problems To ensure implementation and adherence to health and safety procedures. Job Requirement: Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical) or equivalent studies from Malaysian or Japan University Proficient to speak, write, read, listen in Japanese language. Posses JLPT N1 or N2 Good communication skills. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply Knowledge of PLC programming tools will be an added advantage Great teamwork and good interpersonal skills. Officer – Japanese Speaker	Job Description: To prepare Assembly line production planning To prepare monthly forecast and Heijunka for production To prepare all parts needed for production to avoid line down To be main coordinator to achieve departmental delivery target To prepare monthly manpower requirement follow Heijunka or forecast To liaise with Sales Department for any new requirement from customer To monitor and report daily delivery achievement To assist superior on preparing and receiving new items transferring from Japan To liaise with other related departments to complete the whole production processes to ensure a smooth work flow between inter department and each process Job Requirements: Possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent from Malaysia or Japan University Proficient to speak, write, read, listen in Japanese language. Possess JLPT N1 or N2 Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply Good negotiation and problem-solving skills Able to work independent in a fast-paced environment Good knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel & Power Point
