From March 15, 2018, [RoHS(EU)2015/863] is displayed for the product which is compliant
with RoHS(EU)2015/863 10 substances including four phthalates (DEHP, BBP, DBP, and DIBP).
If [RoHS(EU)2015/863] is not displayed, the product is noncompliant with RoHS 10 substances.
