DF40・DF40T Series

The DF40/DF40T Series offers Board-to-Board and Board-to-FPC connectors with stacking heights from 1.5mm to 7.0mm in 0.5mm increments, available in up to 120pos.

  • Common plugs for stacking heights of 1.5-4mm and 4.5-7mm, allowing easy design changes by switching the receptacle.
  • Supports high-speed transmission in a compact size.
  • Expanded variations in height and core numbers to meet diverse design needs.

Widely used in consumer equipment like wearable devices and PCs, and in industrial equipment such as sensors, motors, and embedded PCs. A 125°C heat-resistant variant is available for automotive applications, including sensing devices, Advanced Driver Assistance Systems(ADAS), and infotainment systems.

The plug is common for stacking heights of 1.5-4mm and 4.5-7mm. By changing the receptacle to the required height, you can easily make design changes.

Supports Latest High-Speed Transmission Standards

The DF40 Series supports USB4 Gen.2 (20Gbps), while the DF40T Series supports PCI Express 4.0 (16Gbps) for automotive applications. Select based on the high-speed transmission standards required.

With an effective engagement length of 0.45mm, the connector ensures high connection reliability.

It also features a shock-absorbing rib to handle stress during impacts.
